New Sciency ELN v5 from RURO to Streamline Laboratory Processes
FREDERICK, MD: RURO, a LIMS, RFID and sample management solutions provider has announced the introduction of Sciency ELN v5 electronic laboratory notebook software with tools for data capture, organization, search, communications and coordination of laboratory data.
Sciency Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) provides a scalable, integrated research environment for managing and sharing data within a reliable framework that safeguards sensitive research data and thereby streamlines laboratory processes and communication, and supports 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
Sciency ELN can be deployed out of the box in multiple scientific disciplines covering sequencing, genomics, proteomics and synthetic chemistry, biology and other research environments.
Some of the key upgrades and enhancements made to ELN v5 include a new user interface, drag and drop file uploads, improved editing engine with simple track changes, better image resisting, full-screen editing and also updates and fixes from three years of customer feedback records.

Microsoft Word and Excel Extension - seamlessly imports data into Sciency ELN without switching programs.
Permission Controls - control access to data, communications, and analyses for User Roles and User Groups.
Security - SSL and 1028-bit encryption.
