Nextek Pairs with Nextiva to Gear Up for VoIP Optimizations
FREMONT, CA: NexTek - a Tennessee based IT services provider announced its hosted VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) partnership with Nextiva, a source of cloud based communications. The alliance aims to provide clients with an all-inclusive communication solution that maximizes their core business functions.
The VoIP technology provided by Nextiva ensures better call quality, minimizing data loss, jitter or latency than other VoIP providers. The improved features of Nextiva outshine the traditional phone systems. “Internet congestion can often compromise call quality, but our VoIP partnership with cloud-based communications leader Nextiva ensures a reliable solution that is optimized to your infrastructure,” says Wayne Randall, President of NexTek . “We convert a customer network and then host all applications in the Cloud we have built,” he adds. Some of the features offered by the NexTek include anonymous call rejection, business group CNAMs, auto attendant, advanced call forwarding, call logs, caller ID block, international dialing, directory listing and an online dashboard. Nextiva on the other hand provides business phone systems for different types of business. Its hosted PBX and SIP Trunking has proved to be cost effective for the clients, reports Nextiva.
NexTek after its launch in the first quarter of the year is believed to have gained a position in the market with its successfully performed VoIP installations. “Our partnership with Nextiva gives small and mid-sized businesses access to enterprise-level VoIP services,” states Randall.
