FREMONT, CA: The International Security Expo and International Cyber Expo organizer, Nineteen Group, has confirmed that they will be collaborating with the Department for International Trade's UK Defense & Security Exports unit to ensure international participation at this year's event.
More than 14,000 buyers throughout the security industry will attend the co-located events, which will be held at Olympia in London from September 28-29, to source the new advanced products and services from 400+ exhibitors, network and develop relationships, and share best practice in response to the changing industry challenges. As a result, the events have become an essential fixture in the security industry's calendar, connecting the worlds of physical and cybersecurity, emphasizing government and infrastructure.
In collaboration with UK Defense & Security Exports, Nineteen Group is preparing an in-person participation program for delegates from countries on the UK Government's "green list" for travel by September 2021. The complete list of participants will be released later.
Nineteen Group is also constructing a series of Virtual Buyer Rooms on the exhibition floor, focused on robustness and ensuring optimum ROI for exhibitors. In addition, international participants who cannot visit the exhibition in person due to pandemic-related limitations will be able to communicate with solution providers in London through video links.
Rachael Shattock, Event Director of International Security Expo and International Cyber Expo said, "Having missed out on the physical shows in 2020 due to the pandemic, we've already seen significant demand for this year's events. International Security Expo has established itself as an unmissable event for security professionals, delivering strong international opportunities thanks to its hosted delegation programs. Following the ongoing success of the UK vaccination rollout, and key data showing a continued decline in cases, the roadmap to remove all restrictions by 21 June will enable us to finally host international delegations and play a key role alongside UK Defense & Security Exports in support of the economic recovery."
