Nintex Acquires K2 Software, Inc.
Nintex announces the acquisition of K2 Software Inc.
FREMONT, CA: Nintex is the worldwide standard for process management and automation, announce today that the company has completed its acquisition of K2 Software Inc., an innovative provider of the digital process automation (DPA) software solutions.
K2 is Nintex's third acquisition ever since Thoma Bravo became the company's majority investor in the first half of 2018. Nintex now serves above10,000 customers, including more than 50 percent of the Fortune 500, and generates more than $200 million in annual recurring revenue, making Nintex the world's biggest privately-held process automation software vendor.
