Omni Hotel Partners with Monscierge to Develop Omni Connect Mobile App

AUSTIN, TX: The Omni Downtown Austin Hotel, a franchise of Omni Hotels and Resorts catering hospitality and tourism services has partnered with a software company specialized in hospitality solutions, Monscierge to develop Omni Connect-a mobile app.

Omni will leverage Monscierge Connect technology to device new products and strategies to enhance guest experience. Monscierge Connect facilitates contact between guests and hotel management through mobile, tablet and touch screen devices. Omni Connect mobile app opens a window to full hotel service options, guest request functionality, valet retrieval, meetings and events. Guest can opt for their preferred Omni property and attendant after going through the feedbacks and recommendations by guests who stayed before. Omni Austin also provides a lobby virtual concierge device for guests to attain information about weather, flight, local recommendation, map, transport means and travel details as well as it supports multi language.

As soon as the guest arrives they will get a welcome message through SMS along with invitation to download Omni Connect app for iOS and Android devices.
