FREMONT, CA: OneNeck IT solutions has cleared the examination of HIPAA and HITECH performed by the BrightLine CPAs & Associates.
According to Clint Harder, the CTO and Senior Vice President of Cloud and Managed Services at OneNeck, the successful completion of examination shows our commitment to protecting our customers and ensuring that their patient data is protected and private.
He further added: “Our healthcare customers expect us to mitigate any security vulnerabilities. We are committed to putting forth the controls necessary to assure our customers that their patient’s confidentiality is being fully protected.”
OneNeck is a hybrid IT solutions provider for enterprise and mid-market companies. It provides managed services, databases, applications, and end user support. It also gives cloud and hosting solutions.
According to the BrightLine, an independent Certified Public Accounting firm, OneNeck provides services to the healthcare and life sciences. So, to check their credibility, we performed these exams. HIPAA is the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996.
The main goal of this law is to make it easier for people to keep health insurance, protect the confidentiality and security of healthcare information and help the healthcare industry control administrative costs. This facility is solely for the consumers and HITECH (The Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health), a law to promote the adoption and meaningful use of health information technology is interlinked to it.
With the completion of these exams, OneNeck has also managed to secure the number one position of “ERP Management Outsourcer” and the “Mid-Tier Service Provider of Data Centre Management” by The Black Book of Outsourcing.
