OnProcess Brings Up the Impact of Medical Device Analytics at Field Service Medical Europe
Fremont, CA: OnProcess Technology, a leading provider of Supply Chain Management (SCM) services, recently announced its plans to discuss the impacts of analytics on device uptime and patient, provider and supplier outcomes, at Field Service Medical Europe. The event is set to take place from March 7th to 9th, 2016 in Berlin, Germany. The company is also set to demo its new OPTvision Platform—a pioneering solution that combines real-time, end-to-end visibility with advanced micro-analytics-driven alerts, enabling equipment uptime, cost-to-serve and customer satisfaction.
Field Service Medical Europe aims to engage together medical manufacturing executives in a unique exchange of ideas and insights with a view to improve service and support for diagnostics in medication management equipment.
“When medical equipment fails, the impacts can be devastating. Patient care is put on hold, hospitals fall behind schedule, and suppliers spend a lot of time and money scrambling to identify the problem and, then, getting parts to and from the hospital site. But if you can tap into the machine’s data, you can avoid many of these failures,” said Oliver Lemanski, General Manager, EMEA, OnProcess Technology. “Using machine log files or Voice of Product is quickly becoming a priority for manufacturers who want to boost uptime. By having a continual feed into these files and leveraging predictive analytics, you can foresee likely problems and take preventative measures to circumvent them. I’m excited to explore the adoption and impact of machine data analyses with Field Service Medical Europe attendees.”
OnProcess is set to organize a seminar titled, “The Impact of Uptime: Using machine analytics to optimize Supplier, Provider and Patient Outcomes,” where participants hope to discuss how machine data can be used to drive outcomes in the medical equipment. These are set to include reduction of costs on remote and field support, inventory and logistics, and improving uptime and patient care.
OnProcess Technology optimizes and manages complex, global service supply chain operations through process expertise, advanced analytics, technology support solutions and passion for the customer experience. The company gives its client companies visibility into, control of, and actionable data-driven insights from, their service supply chain and customer experience processes, enabling transformational gains in efficiency, profitability and scale.
