Open Mobile Adapts NetScout's nGeniusONE to Increase Network Visibility
WESTFORD, MA: NetScout that delivers application and network performance management products and solutions, announces Open Mobile has selected NetScout’s nGeniusONE to enhance service operations and provide intelligence support for its LTE Evolved Packet Core(EPC) and Code Division Multiple Access(CDMA).
The NetScout and nGeniusONE service assurance will enable Open Mobile with improved network visibility to automatically monitor for LTE signaling glitches to result in better customer experience. nGeniusONE solution alerts in case of operational issues, determines the problem and resolves the network problem in a single platform. It allows the staff to build customized and provides detailed reports on both operational and customer related activities. “NetScout’s NGeniusONE gives us deeper insight into our network by providing operational intelligence, with enhanced visibility and provides detailed key-performance-indicators (KPIs) and personalized reports,” says Edgar Jaen, data services engineering director, Open Mobile.
In addition, Open Mobile leverages NetScout’s InfiniStream Appliances and Packet Flow Switch for traffic aggregation and distribution.
