WESTFORD, MA: Open Mobile selects NetScout to ensure improved service delivery and provide operational intelligence support for its LTE Evolved Packet Core (EPC) and Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) network.
NetScout’s nGeniusONE Service Assurance platform is designed to provide Open Mobile with end-to-end network visibility to monitor LTE signaling issues and enhance the customer experience. In order to prevent service degradation and ensure the network is always on, open mobile chose the nGeniusONE solution.
nGeniusONE provides a comprehensive end-to-end performance-monitoring that triggers alarms as the service degradation takes place and provides service triage as to quickly identify, diagnose and resolves network issues on a single platform.
