PCL Construction backed by WorkForces EmpCenter to Boost Business

LIVONIA, MI: Contracting construction company, PCL is in news with their partnership with WorkForce Software to enhance its labor data and inform business planning. WorkForce will be deploying its EmpCenter solution in service of PCL Construction for optimizing the project costing, workforce utilization and business planning.

PCL takes care of a plethora of large scale projects like infrastructure building, such as hospitals, schools, bridges and towers. Hence, PCL’s staffs are geographically dispersed and are subjected to wide range of activities for dynamic list of clients. PCL had been looking for options to improve its workforce utilization in order to maximize revenues when looking after client demands, and felt the need for a capable time and attendance system to centralize hours for employee reporting.
