Pegasystems Integrates RPA into its Solutions with the Acquisition of OpenSpan

OpenSpan offers automated business process solutions that connect disparate systems and employees to drive workforce productivity while strengthening customer relationships. The acquisition gives Pegasystems the access to OpenSpan’s workforce analytics capabilities; which allows Pega to augment its own Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application suite and Business Process Management (BPM) platform.

OpenSpan leverages robotic desktop automation to help Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to enhance their efficiency and job satisfaction by automating routine desktop tasks.
