The platform now includes charge capture capabilities for healthcare providers to document the care provided.

PerfectServe Synchrony offers an advanced communication and collaboration platform uniting physicians and other team members to facilitate interactions between the team. The inclusion of charge capture capabilities will allow providers to process details comprising of correct assignment of CPT and ICD codes required for value based reimbursement. This feature eliminates the ‘time to bill’ expediting the revenue cycle.

Other new features of PerfectServe Synchrony include enhanced user interface to record charges at the point of care and customize fields to speed up documentation; store and forward allows providers to enter charges without internet connectivity and Physician reporting quality measures (PQRS) charge can be easily associated with PerfectServe Synchrony. Further, it provides rules based workflow to manage communications effectively and integrates with electronic health records (EHRs) and all mobile devices. These new features will enable physicians to communicate with easily with other support staff boosting their revenue and streamlining cash flows.
