Physicians Family Health Service Updates its EHR Solution
WOODBRIDGE, NJ: After rigorous evaluation, Physicians Family Health Service chooses iPatientCare—mHealth and cloud-based ambulatory EHR solutions to update the EHR solutions currently used by them.
Patients can now download the free mobile app from AppStore and communicate securely with their doctors to manage their health. Without logging in also patients will receive notifications resulting in increased patient engagement.
“With the addition of iPatientCare, we'll be ready for a smoother running office for the years ahead,” comments Gabriel Guardarramas, MD, Physicians Family Health Service.
Switching from one EHR to another, results in costs, down-time and retraining of practice staff. iPatientCare is ideal because of its easy to use, with customizable workflow, templates, agile and prompt support as well as affordable. In addition to the EHR, the solution also includes integrated Practice Management and Patient Portal system.
iPatientCare brings about secure interaction between the physician and patients and helps in proactive management of health. They would also be able to access and update their own demographics, review personal health records (PHR), lab results, request prescription refills and appointments / referrals; all via this portal.
