ORLANDO, FL: As a part of its spring product release, PlanSource recently launched Voyager with advancements like intuitive dashboards, administrative tools, support options, expanded rules and reporting capabilities. With new features, the new release is backed with enhanced scalability and better user experience.

The release of Voyager comes with a number of new features including implementation and data exchange dashboards allowing customers and partners to see real time status updates, better allocate resources, communicate effectively, and resolve issues quickly. The click-to-chat support also enables users to chat with a contact center representative at the time of benefits shopping and enrollment for assistance.

In addition, it offers document management workflow for employees to upload required documents to simplify reviewing and approval for HR administrators and ensure compliance with company policies. It also offers billing reconciliation services that reconcile and pay invoices from multiple vendors on behalf of the employer in order to save time of HR teams.
