FREMONT, CA: Polygon Labs, an innovative studio pushing the boundaries of data applications and visual branding, announces the success of Creative Hub, its remote, on-demand creative and professional services platform available on a per-project or subscription basis.

Since its launch in April 2020, Polygon Labs’ clients have leveraged Creative Hub to produce their remote virtual studio productions, with no requirement for physical cameras, tracking devices, or green screens. All human interaction takes place remotely, bringing the presenters into the set via a live video stream. This exact setup was utilized last month by famous Verizon Media-owned tech news publisher Engadget for its CES 2021 virtual studio presentations. Polygon Labs worked closely with Michelle Kratchman, Creative Director/Head of Art and AR/VR Design at Verizon Media, and her creative team to develop a virtual studio environment that could be used remotely present products, interview guests, and discuss consumer trends. Verizon Media used their Brainstorm Infinite virtual studio solution to create the show.

Polygon Labs is very well-known for its high-quality work with 3D real-time graphics projects. This sophisticated Engadget virtual set for CES, and many projects like it, show how media firms like Verizon Media can increase the use of the best graphics technology that the industry has to provide to make storytelling productions engaging, informative, and cost-efficient. Specializing in real-time graphics platforms like Vizrt, Unreal Engine, Chyron, and Brainstorm, Polygon Labs consistently offers innovative news, sports, augmented and mixed reality, and master control graphics. This comprises new graphics creation, building templates, combining data, or developing a plugin when a customer is short on time to offer or simply needs additional expertise.

Polygon Labs’ clients, including news agencies APTN and Newsday, leverage Creative Hub daily. The service offers a set number of expert creative and development assistance hours to assist teams as and when needed. The subscription option provides a lower cost hourly rate because of the continued commitment and relationship with the customer.
