ORLANDO, FL: PowWow Mobile, an application transformation platform that can enhance enterprise productivity by mobilizing all core apps has announced that it can transform enterprise applications to run on the Apple Watch.

The transformation takes place using PowWow’s patented Deconstruct/Transform/Reconstruct (DTR) process. This process first deconstructs the desktop application, breaks it into component pieces and then transforms them for optimal mobility while preserving all the business logic and backend integrations. Once the process is completed, PowWow reconstructs the transformed components into a modern, native mobile app resulting in transformation of the complex apps. It therefore allows them to run natively on any mobile device in 10 days

"The Apple Watch is yet another example of the exciting shifts in how enterprises conduct business on mobile devices," says Andrew Cohen, co-founder and CEO, PowWow Mobile. "Our quick action to demonstrate an enterprise application transformed for the Apple Watch supports our mission to free the enterprise workforce from being tied to their desktops -- giving them the ability to work the way they need, no matter where they are."

"PowWow's Transformation Engine doesn't simply make enterprise apps mobile -- we're redesigning them -- transforming them -- to operate seamlessly on mobile devices of choice," says Jonathan Kaplan, CTO. "Today's enterprises know that mobility has already arrived for their workforce and it's not a matter of when but how to efficiently address this. We look forward to working with our customers to enable their workforce to support tablets, smartphones, watches and other wearables as an extension of the phone to improve day-to-day productivity."
