Premise Health Buys IMWell Health

BRENTWOOD, TN:  The leading worksite health and patient engagement company Premise Health announced today that it has acquired IMWell Health, LLC. To improve the cost and quality of employer health care, the acquisition marks another advancement in Premise Health's strategic expansion. Terms of Premise's purchase of IMWell Health, headquartered in Fort Smith, were not disclosed. IMWell that runs 17 clinics serving more than 65,000 people specializes in primary care clinics for mid-size companies, municipalities, and school districts primarily located in the Southwest region of the United States.

Since Premise Health was formed through the merger of CHS Health Services and Take Care Employer Solutions in 2014, it has invested significantly in developing new employee health solutions. Through onsite health clinics, the company provides personalized care to more than 200 of the nation's leading employers, including many of the Fortune 1000. With the addition of IMWell, Premise Health extends its expertise and services to clinics that serve and are located near multiple employers, including mid-size companies, school districts and municipalities.
