ALISO VIEJO, CA: Pixel Film Studios, developer of visual effects tools for the post-production and broadcast community announces that ProFont now supports a new stylized and cursive animated font in Final Cut Pro X (FCPX). The ProFont Cursive allows users to create a hand drawn feel with a click of a mouse.

ProFont Cursive compound tools help in selecting from colorize, colorize double shadow, colorize with border, colorize with outer glow, drop zone, drop zone with double shadows, drop zone with luma key, drop zone with outer glow, drop zone with border, gradient colorization and gradient with outer glow features. With each stylized compound tool users can reposition, scale and angle each group of characters with on-screen controls. For a title effect overlay, each ProFont Cursive preset can be dragged and dropped onto media and previewed in real time. With the published parameters found in the FCPX inspector, users have the ability to make further adjustments.

The new font’s on-screen controls allow users to reposition, angle, and scale their customizable character any way they choose. On-screen controls make it easier for users to get each character where and how they want them to appear. Users can set a position, angle, scale and animate each attribute without any difficulty. ProFont Cursive is designed to work ideally with Final Cut Pro X.
