ProLogic ITS Continues Rapid Development by Acquiring TransComm Services and Gulf Coast Upfitters

FREMONT, CA: ProLogic ITS, the national technology-focused integration firm, reports that an agreement was signed with TransComm Services and Gulf Coast Upfitters on 30 December 2020 to finalize vehicle fleet service providers' selling. ProLogic ITS to merge purchased businesses, staff, and beloved clients into its overall operations in Georgia and Florida.

With this acquisition, ProLogic ITS continues the substantial recent expansion of its public safety solutions sector, strengthening its presence across the South East with strategic distributors, partners, and customers.
