Protect Data and Ensure Compliance
SANTA CLARA, CA: Inflobox (NYSE:BLOX) provider of critical network services, announced that Netskope, a leader in cloud-based security services and solutions, has deployed Infoblox solutions to deliver secure cloud-based services to its customers. The Infoblox solution enables Netskope to link distributed appliances throughout the network using a central database to ensure consistent information availability, as well as to provide a centralized view of network data for simplified monitoring and reporting.
Netskope not only focuses on overcoming concerns regarding operational efficiency and risk management, but also aims at providing visibility into network operations that take place outside the corporate firewall. Netskope was looking out for a centralized solution for managing core network services like configuration changes and updates, as well as redundancy through the network. By integrating the Infoblox Grid technology with Netscope's Network, the firm was able to meet the goals of agility, availability and performance. “Infoblox gives us the flexibility to maximize our resources and the tools to see exactly what is happening across our network at any moment,” says Abhay Kulkarni, VP of Engineering and Operations, Netskope.
Through an integrated Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol and IP address management solution utilizing Infoblox Grid technology, Netscope now possesses the scalability and control to ensure always-on, automated network functionality which requires minimum operational support. This will enable IT firms to manage usage of sanctioned and unsanctioned cloud applications, protect sensitive data and ensure compliance in real time on any devices and applications like mobile, on-premise or remote.
