FREMONT, CA: Quantenna Communication, a developer of 802.11ac and 802.11n Wi-Fi semiconductor solutions, announced that it is developing the world’s first 10G Wi-Fi chipset, to be made available in 2015, for access points in the home, enterprise and public spaces. With a new and innovative architecture that enables Multiple-Inputs-Multiple-Outputs configurations up to 8x8, speeds up to 10Gbps and also offering universal support for MU-MIMO (technology for transmitting data to multiple devices at once) clients.
