Minneapolis – Qumu, the leading provider of best-in-class video technology for the enterprise, announced the signing of new strategic partnership agreements with AVI Systems, Genesis Integration and Whitlock. These signings will allow Qumu to extend its leadership position in both Unified Communications and Hybrid Cloud, and add to a record year of growth for Qumu’s channel partner network. Following a revamp in mid-2017, Qumu has experienced a 56% increase in channel partners over the last 12 months.

“These new channel partnerships will allow Qumu to not only expand its global footprint, but build our presence in key vertical markets like Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare and Manufacturing,” said Chance Mason, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales. “Through the balance of 2018 and all of 2019, channel partners like AVI Systems, Genesis Integration and Whitlock will be key to accelerating the growth of our company.”

With a strong presence in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical markets, AVI Systems builds and services digital communications systems for hundreds of customers including Medtronic and Mayo Clinic. Genesis Integration designs and builds customized world-class solutions to improve people’s work and collaboration, with clients across all business sectors. And Whitlock is a global technology integrator with expertise in AV, collaboration and modern workplace solutions for major customers including Amazon, Biogen, Dell, Rockwell Automation and Verizon.

“The addition of Qumu’s platform to our collaboration portfolio offers all of Genesis clients access to the most flexible, secure and advanced content creation and management technology available,” said Gabriel Gely, Executive Vice President of Genesis Integration. “The accelerated pace of content consumption our enterprise clients are experiencing requires us to find creative solutions to tackle the challenges of both network limitations and user expectations. Together with Qumu, we can now provide a complete, robust solution.”

“Whitlock is excited to reinvigorate our 16-year partnership with Qumu. As the dominant platform and service provider for hybrid media delivery to the enterprise, Qumu is a perfect fit in our global solutions ecosystem,” said Terrell Coble, Director of UC Strategy and Global Innovation.

As part of its overall channel momentum, Qumu is seeing significant interest from service-oriented resellers looking to enhance the value of their branded services. With this in mind, the company’s fastest-growing channel partner segments center around hybrid cloud, Unified Communications and live event services.

“Today’s channel partners are looking for a trusted provider that has proven experience and a track record of success with Global 2000 companies,” said John Poole, VP, WW Channels and Alliances. “As the use of video in the workplace intensifies, customers are leaning on their partners to deliver scalable technology and enterprise grade security, and our new relationships deliver exactly these things.”
