Rackspace Partners with Boston Based Company to Envision Cloud Infrastructure
FREMONT, CA: Rackspace, a cloud computing solution, works with a Boston based company to help large businesses transfer their IT services to cloud based infrastructures. It provides customers a broad portfolio of public, private cloud and dedicated hosting, managing the cloud infrastructure with customer service called the “fanatical support”. Rackspace also leverages from its customer support by working with companies including Google and Amazon.
The partnership with Boston- based Cloud Technology further expands company’s growth through supporting other cloud providers. The cloud technology partners helps large companies transfer their IT services into the cloud environments of AWS, Azure, and Google cloud.
The Cloud Technology Partners founded in 2011 raised $17.4 million from investors including Pritzker Group Venture Capital, oak Investment partners, State Street Bank, and Greylock Partners.”The whole idea is to transform the environment by creating the infrastructure a code. The flagship offering provides DevOps service that completely automates the infrastructure and application environments. The solution also enables infrastructure as code, application performance monitoring, workload automation and collaboration via ChatOps. The fully managed dedicated server delivers performance in processing, Intensive workloads or mission critical applications that requires high availability, security and control from a dedicated hosting infrastructure.
The Rackspace cloud service level provides acessby phone, chat, and email to Cloud Engineers dedicated to Fanatical Support.
