Rackspace Proclaim Private Cloud Powered By Red Hat
SAN ANTONIO, TX: Rackspace, one of the leading managed cloud company has launched a private cloud which is motorized by Red Hat. The new introduction by Rackspace leverages its OpenStack-as-a-Service product suite which offers secured private and hybrid clouds to its custom

Rackspace private cloud is co-regulated by Red Hat and offers guaranteed OpenStack API uptime for seamless monitoring of websites and servers. Taking advantage of the cloud deployment, Red Hat is leveraging its Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform through performance tests and certifying a wide range of hardware and software compatibility through private cloud solutions. Whereas, Rackspace administers Red Hat environment by taking account of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat Satellite, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform.
The newly introduced Red Hat powered private cloud by Rackspace offers ‘Red Hat Certified Solution’ and ‘Reduced Complexity’ features for cloud services. The ‘Red Hat Certified Solution’ includes deployment of enterprise Red Hat Linux OpenStack Platform which supports larger partner network. Whereas, ‘Reduced Complexity’ feature facilitates centrally regulated environment and single point of contact to manage and ease activities performed over cloud. Moreover, companies have the freedom to migrate their personalized Red Hat subscriptions to Rackspace with Red Hat Cloud Access.
