Radial Announces its New CEO
Simpson comes to the role with experience in business development, lean implementation, and growth strategies.
FREMONT, CA: Radial, a bpost group company and pioneer in omnichannel market technology and operations, has recently announced the appointment of Ilias Simpson as Chief Executive Officer of Radial and Parcels & Logistics North America. In his new position, Simpson will draw on his many years of industry experience and, most significantly, his tenure as Senior Vice President of Fulfillment Services and a part of the Executive Leadership Team to lead the business to continued success and growth.
Simpson comes to the role with experience in business development, lean implementation, and growth strategies. Since 2017, Radial has led nationwide operations for performance centers, network optimization, engineering, quality improvement, and project management efforts. His enthusiasm for the organization, his employees, and his clients is reflected in his leadership style and his understanding of how-to further Radial's role as a leader in the omnichannel business.

He will be the first American to join the Bpost Group Executive Committee, adding his perspective and in-depth knowledge of the institution and its North American clients to the international group.

Before joining Radial, Simpson held senior roles in Ryder, Pentair, Halliburton, and Cintas. He has an MBA from the University of Dayton and a BA in Sociology from the University of North Texas. He is a part of the National Black MBA Association and a decorated veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
