REDWOOD CITY, CA: To make their clients’ work more productive and smart, Redbooth, the communications and workstream collaboration platform, has launched its new desktop client application for Windows, Linux and Mac OS systems in Beta.

The release is followed by the last month announcement of adding of click-to-call voice connection features and integrations with Microsoft’s OneDrive and SharePoint to make it the first seamless integration of real-time enterprise messaging, file sharing, powerful search, in-stream task management, high-definition video conferencing and quality voice, centralized into an intuitive virtual workspace.

The important highlights of the desktop client application includes the ability to move out of web browsers and work in full screen mode with a constant accessibility for instant notifications that direct users; it starts at boot-up and stays running even when the computer is inactive and also, gets automatically updates features to free up IT management resources . In addition, it enables a responsive, real-time application experience.

Talking about the benefits of the Redbooth’s desktop client application, Benjamin Diamond, Director of planning, engineering and improvements for Centers Health Care and also a client of Redbooth, says, “Redbooth has become so central to my team’s productivity that I have a 60-inch monitor permanently locked to the Redbooth dashboard that gives me a clear view of our multiple multi-million dollar projects. Being able to have persistent access to Redbooth now saves us even more time as we can access workplaces immediately upon startup and we don’t have to worry about issues with older browsers.”
