Rentec Direct Adds a New feature with Electronic Signature Capabilities
GRANTS PASS, OR: Property management software providers, Rentec Direct Partners with DocuSign, the electronic signature service provider, to bring a new feature with electronic signature capabilities.
With this new feature, property managers and landlords can accept electronic signatures on rental agreements and lease documents.
DocuSign for Rentec allows users to create or upload custom lease documents and rental agreements that can be electronically sent to tenants to review and sign online. DocuSign eSignatures are valid and legally binding across the globe and are used in 188 countries around the world. It’s an easy secure, and fast way for property managers and landlords to get their important documents signed. This new feature also save time and money, and helps users secure lease agreements and legal documents faster than ever before.
“Giving our clients the ability to process lease agreements electronically, significantly changes the lengthy lease signing process of traditional pen and paper, making the whole process faster and easier, explains Nathan Miller, President of Rentec Direct.
