Replicated Expands its Executive Team

The new hires add to Replicated’s expertise in assisting SaaS, open core, and traditional software providers in transitioning to selling contemporary, multi-prem software to enterprise customers.

FREMONT, CA: With the addition of six new vice presidents, Replicated enables software companies to release a multi-prem version of their software (on-prem, air-gapped, or self-hosted) with Day 2 enterprise operations management its executive team.

As we continue to grow across all departments and hire key leadership talent, we are delivering on our mission to help software vendors drive growth and solve their challenges associated with multi-prem application delivery and management.”

The new hires add to Replicated’s expertise in assisting SaaS, open core, and traditional software providers in transitioning to selling contemporary, multi-prem software to enterprise customers. They are as follows:

Dalia Havens, Vice President of Engineering: Dalia has extensive experience establishing and managing globally distributed businesses through hypergrowth stages. She has led engineering organizations with multiple disciplines spanning design, technical writing, support, data, development, and infrastructure. She has over 15 years of experience in various engineering leadership positions. Dalia was the previous director of engineering at GitLab, Inc. and was the vice president of engineering at Netlify.

Greg Sundermann, VP of Revenue Operations: Sundermann has a decade of expertise assisting B2B software companies in putting their global go-to-market infrastructure in place. He was previously the chief of revenue operations at Elliptic and is an associate member of the Revenue Collective. Greg has also worked as a consultant for and as the previous director of revenue operations at Snaps.

Sara Dornsife, VP of Marketing: Sara has a strong history in open source and developer tools, with over 25 years of marketing expertise. Sara has prior expertise in leading and executing content strategy as well as increasing brand recognition. She has worked with Heptio, Node Source, PayPal, Sun Microsystems, and other companies in executive and senior marketing roles.

Scott Stockton, VP of Sales: Stockton has over 25 years of corporate sales expertise and a track record of establishing customer-centric sales teams. He has a broad understanding of Open Source Software, developer tools and processes, and DevSecOps, having spent his career working with product development teams. Furthermore, he comes to Replicated from Sonatype, where he was Regional Vice President for the West, where he was responsible for directing the company’s largest sales region and preparing it for a successful acquisition by Vista Equity Partners. Stockton has worked for Perforce, CollabNet, and Mentor Graphics as a senior leader and IBM and Wind River as an individual contributor.

Melina Murray, VP of People: Melina has over 20 years of HR expertise, with a focus on scaling startups and ensuring a strong focus on values and culture. She has held top leadership positions at Influx Data and Huddle, most recently as the Head of Global People Operations and Head of HR for Huddle’s US operations.

Dexter Horthy, VP of Customer Engineering: Horthy brings approximately ten years of engineering experience to the table, including two as a core engineer working on Replicated products and a strong passion for the next generation of software delivery technology. He previously served as acting VP of Engineering at Aspiration and as a platform engineer at Sprout Social, where he oversaw several successful technological projects.
