Richard Long Brings 25 Years of Corporate Leadership Expertise to KETOS
Richard Long, as the new CEO of KETOS, will oversee financial reporting, strategic financial planning and analysis, accounting, and assisting the leadership team in achieving the company's growth.
Fremont, CA: “I’m thrilled to join the KETOS team at a pivotal point for the company as they help organizations change their approach to water measurement, monitoring, and usage,” states Richard Long, CFO of KETOS. Richard Long has been chosen as the Chief Financial Officer of KETOS. Mr. Long's responsibilities will include financial reporting, strategic financial planning and analysis, accounting, and assisting the leadership team in achieving the company's planned overall growth trajectory. Mr. Long joins KETOS with 25 years of business leadership experience, including his experience as Head of Finance at Aperia Technologies, where he supervised finance, legal, people operations, and IT, as well as leading the firm through its Series C round of funding. He was previously the CFO of Sonim Technologies, where he helped the firm grow to $100 million in revenue and prepare for an IPO. Mr. Long has worked for a number of technology businesses, including Sybase and Informix, in executive finance roles. He has an MBA from Stanford, a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Bristol (UK), and has worked for Ernst & Young in London as a chartered accountant.
