FREMONT, CA: Salesforce, a provider of mobile cloud technologies announces its expansion of vertical industries products, with general availability of Salesforce Health Cloud which is to be held at The Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Conference in Las Vegas this week.
Salesforce Health Cloud and its partners: Infor and Oracle integrates new medical devices to connect quickly into the solution by delivering the ability for healthcare providers to update, manage and communicate easily with patients securely throughout connected devices. Salesforce is focused on offering a more personalized care solution for their customer’s patients.
The main keys points for this achievement are complete patient views, smarter patient management and connected patient engagement. Health Cloud puts all patient information in one place, including demographic, family information and a functional diagram of the extended care team. It also integrates with Electronic Health Record (EHRs) to make real-time patient data visible; thereby giving caregivers the information they need to manage patients anytime and from anywhere. The Health Cloud also aids in reducing costs by improving collaboration across teams, Care teams can take action on open tasks and manage groups of patients who need severe attention. The caregivers and patients can also send and receive messages, get reminders and complete surveys from any device which encourages them to stay on top of their health goals.
