Salesforce Updates Marketing Cloud to promote multi-channel sales and marketing campaigns
FREMONT, CA: Salesforce, unveils a new version of its Marketing Cloud adding enhancements to Journey Builder and ad platform Active Audiences. This comprehensive customer journey management platform has been designed to entice more CRM customers with tools to simplify the sales, service, marketing and apps process in the cloud.
“With the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, FleetCor is bridging the gap between marketing, sales, and service. By integrating all of our customer data, we can now act on it in real-time across customer facing departments, which is leading to increased customer engagement and satisfaction,” said Pamela Coan, director of customer marketing, FleetCor.
The next generation of Journey Builder will make sales and service cloud insights more accessible to a customer’s marketers to produce a smarter and more consistent customer experience. It allows marketers to track a customer through their activity with the other departments, triggering a new sale or service experience.
Active Audiences orchestrates digital advertising based on the customer’s entire experience with a brand. It will empower marketers to run more relevant ads across all of the places they execute campaigns. New partnership with Krux, LiveRamp, LiveIntent, Neustar and Viant will allow Salesforce users to activate CRM data and run ads across more digital advertising networks and technologies.
Marketing Cloud enables marketers to build a single view of the customer, map and optimize every journey, deliver personalized content on every channel such as email, advertising, social, web, mobile, apps and measure the impact on their business. The new version of marketing cloud is an innovation, empowering marketers to create any kind of journey and activate CRM data.
