FREMONT, CA: ServicePower announces the launch of ServicePower Unity, cohesive, integrated mobile workforce management SaaS software product. It aims to offer field service enterprises with capabilities to manage the entire service cycle beginning from scheduling and route optimization to third party dispatch and field mobility.
ServicePower Unity has combined all the elements of their existing workforce management (WFM) software products including ‘Optimization on Demand’ with ‘ServiceOperations’ and ‘NEXUS FS’ together in the product. The combinations of these different workforce management solutions will enable clients dispatch, manage, and adjudicate claims from their third party contractor networks. ServicePower Unity will also allow customers cater to the needs of every client in the field service ecosystem—by providing work force management solution for a single fee and delivering a higher overall ROI than the other competing software.
“ServicePower offers integrated schedule optimization, enterprise mobility, third party contractor dispatch, and warranty claims management, while performing full circle operational analytics.” says Marne Martin, CEO, ServicePower. ServicePower’s WFM solutions combine with enterprise mobility for both the employed and contracted workforce to provide a strong operational business solution. ServicePower’s intelligent WFM software allows firms to improve their customer experience by increasing first-time fix rates, and reducing inventory inaccuracies and mean time on job. With the help of continuous optimization and automated scheduling, clients are able to improve their cost per output ratio which gives a competitive edge to their business.
