ServicePower Unveils Workforce Management Software Add-on Features

FREMONT, CA: ServicePower Technologies, a field service and workforce management solution provider, announces the latest updates of its mobile workforce management software platform. The enhanced features developed in ServicePower products include: ServiceScheduling, ServiceMobility, ServiceOperations, Optimization on Demand, NEXUS FS and ServiceStats.

ServiceScheduling runs on a schedule optimization technology, which helps field service organizations to manage their schedule and staffs at the right time without any delay. To automatically select the best field resource for the job, the workforce management software platform deploys a patented, artificial intelligence based algorithm, Simulated Annealing, to achieve customer satisfaction, gain productivity, efficiency and reduce cost. The improvements incorporate a new Gantt interface to monitor the scheduled jobs and also configure the plan in local languages for global utilization.

The latest feature updates of Optimization on Demand, includes a RESTful API option for users to initiate optimization of scheduled jobs and manage claims processing with third party contractors by streamlining the schedule, dispatch and work completion. Additional support from Nexus FS helps customers receive payments faster, improves mobile worker efficiency and enhances the seamless flow of work orders and job status. Inventory Management improvements in ServiceMobility, continues to expand customer’s work order management, payments, and invoicing capabilities. By integrating ServiceScheduling and ServiceOperations into ServiceStats, ServicePower enhances workforce efficiencies through self-learning, housing and maintaining historical data over the time.
