ShopperTrak and Workplace Partner to Optimize Retail Staffing Operations
FREMONT, CA: ShoppperTrak, provider of consumer behavior insights and location based analytics announces a partnership with Workplace, supplier of workforce management software. The joint- venture aims to allow retailers to optimize their staffing operations based on real- time in-store data, enhancing customer experience and maximizing conversion.
The collaborated effort will help retailers in managing employee scheduling accurately. The software- as- a Service (SaaS) product is a combination of ShopperTrak’s perimeter analytics technology and Workplace’s employee-centric labor forecasting and scheduling software.
