Sigma Group Upgrades its Business Strategy with Latest Acqusition, New CTO

TORONTO, ON: Sigma Software Solutions, a provider of innovative BSS/OSS solutions, announces Shaibal Datta, President and Managing Partner at the company, as the CTO of the Sigma Loyalty Group. The company also reveals its latest acquisition - the Enhancement Services business unit of Aimia Inc.

The Sigma Group intends to merge the newly acquired business with its existing enhancement services business unit (e8ight) and will operate the newly formed business as the Sigma Loyalty Group, headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, with satellite offices in Montreal, Quebec and in Asia Pacific, including Singapore and Malaysia. Sigma Loyalty Group will focus on providing marketing and enhancement services, products and programs that clients across segments including financial services, insurance, retail, and telecommunications, can use to build more loyal and profitable relationships with their own customers.
