SIGNiX Announces E-Signature Integration with Laserfiche
FREMONT, CA: SIGNiX, a provider of cloud-based Independent E-Signature solutions, has announced the availability of its e-signature integration with Laserfiche on the Laserfiche Integration Marketplace. Laserfiche is a software development company focused on Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and business process automation solutions for highly regulated industries. Laserfiche transforms the way organizations manage information, automate document-driven business processes, and meet compliance requirements cost effectively.
The integrated solution allows users to select one or more PDFs to be sent in a single transaction. As a next step, the documents are automatically routed through the SIGNiX signature process. Once the signing process is complete, documents get directly transported back into Laserfiche Repository. Futher, customers are empowered to set up fields to be automatically filled when a document is signed. With the enhanced ability to develop specific workflow rules, customers successfully achieve a seamless, efficient and multi-faceted document management system.
“Laserfiche ECM helps organizations reduce costs and streamline business processes with pre-configured templates for contract management, accounts payable, human resources and many other areas,” says Thomas Phelps IV, Vice President of Corporate Strategy and CIO, Laserfiche. “By integrating SIGNiX with Laserfiche ECM, organizations will benefit from executing legal agreements using independent e-signatures to get business done faster.”
The partnership provides a new opportunity to deliver added value to their customers with the aim of increasing user’s productivity within their workflow. “Our integration with Laserfiche will enable customers to sign documents online directly from within Laserfiche Web Access™ using SIGNiX,” says Jay Jumper, CEO, SIGNiX. “The entire process is intuitive and seamless—providing the essential e-signing capability without having to manage multiple third-party vendors and software.”
The integration presents SIGNiX’s Independent E-Signature technology which permanently embeds the legal evidence of an e-signature straightly into a signed document, keeping e-signatures and digital documents valid for the future, irrespective of the technology changes.
SIGNiX e-signatures provide independently verifiable evidence of the intent to sign along with information about when documents are viewed, when users are authenticated; all documents and all versions of the documents are tamper evident. “Because the evidence backing a SIGNiX e-signature is embedded in the signed document, with no need to link back to SIGNiX, there is no expiration date on the-signature. It can be validated in five, 10, 25 years or more,” says Jay Jumper, President and CEO, SIGNiX. The level of document ownership, legal validity and security is exactly what the paper-intensive real estate industry requires to mitigate any unanticipated risks of the digital environment.
