Silver Fern Healthcare Expands Team with Three Professional Leaders

Silver Fern Healthcare recently announced that three experienced leaders have joined its Board of Advisors.

FREMONT, CA: Silver Fern Healthcare recently announced that three seasoned leaders had joined its Board of Advisors: Sohini Roy, Former CFO, Nexseer Capital. Donna Lecky, CFO & Co-Founder of HealthVenture Corporation & HealthVenture Capital Managing Director, and Cathy Eddy, Founder and Former President of Health Plan Alliance.

Sohini Roy is a professional financial executive with extensive operational and strategic expertise, mainly in fintech asset management. She has supported many companies to scale successfully and shares Silver Ferns' passion for enhancing patient care. "I am delighted to join the Board," said Roy. Donna Lecky carries a lot of knowledge and has represented several customers in three of the largest public accounting firms and several Fortune 250 companies over her 20 years. As part of her experience in tax, treasury, investor relations, mergers & acquisitions, integration, divestitures, and FP&A and P&L management, her career has focused mainly on healthcare, financial services, policy, and business growth. In finance and law, she has an established track record and will be a valuable addition to Silver Fern. "To be selected to serve on the Board of Advisors is an honor," said Lecky. For more than 20 years, Cathy Eddy formed and led the Health Plan Alliance, expanding it to more than 50 members. She has considerable experience in driving development and organizational change for provider-sponsored and independent health plans and will support Silver Fern in the same fields. "I'm impressed with Silver Ferns evidence-based approach to chronic conditions," said Eddy.
