Simplifying e-transcript Access to Smoothen Education Progress

FREMONT, CA: Parchment, a technology solutions provider that facilitates online request, collection, sharing, delivery, and promotion of verified academic and professional credentials, and Pearson, the world’s leading learning company, are joining forces through an independent software vendor (ISV) partnership agreement to allow easier access to e-transcripts for schools, parents and students.

With this deal of ISV, students’ transcripts would be available for access while school transfers and progressing to college. PowerSchool is a student information system, a web-based program supporting over 13 million students worldwide. It assists educators, parents and students in building collaborative environment working towards achieving greater learning experience for the students. This platform helps significantly in decision making in a timely manner.

Parchment and Pearson provide software solutions and services to K-12 schools, districts and state departments of education across the U.S. This partnership between the two companies will remove the hassles of sharing the transcripts manually as both of these can share each other’s tools, technologies, knowledge and support system keeping a smooth ambience of unprecedented information access at the disposal.
