Simplifying Policy Delivery Experience for Customers and Agents
EXTON, PA: iPipeline and OneAmerica are joining hands in a bid to simplify and expedite the policy delivery experience for customers and agents while improving policy placement rates. A leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for the life insurance industry, iPipeline, announced that OneAmerica, national leader in the insurance and financial services is implementing iPipeline's DocFast e-Delivery solution.
“The industry has the ability to adopt today’s e-Delivery technology to improve the customer and agent experience to drive up policy placement rates. Also, the exorbitant postage, paper, re-issue, and manual labor costs can be significantly reduced,” says Tim Wallace, CEO, iPipeline. “OneAmerica is a progressive carrier, intent on leveraging smart technology to achieve new operational efficiencies and eliminate costly delays. DocFast will help them to achieve this critical business goal, and we are dedicated to the success of the implementation.” According to the CEO, approximately 10-15 percent of all policies are issued incorrectly and need to be reissued with the process taking anywhere between 10 to 30 days. iPipeline’s DocFast platform reduces this processing time from weeks to seconds.
“Responsiveness is top of mind at OneAmerica. We are committed to proactively identifying and urgently resolving customers’ needs. Technology can contribute in a big way to supporting this goal, and we see e-Delivery as a necessary component,” says Gregg Poston, Vice President of Individual Operations, OneAmerica. “iPipeline’s DocFast e-Delivery emerged as the solution of choice. It allows us to acquire e-signatures, speed up secure policy delivery, accelerate commission payments, and improve the overall customer and agent experience, while increasing policy placement rates and reducing mailing costs
DocFast will be integrated with OneAmerica’s current implementation of iGO e-app to extend their processing workflow. “We’re excited about this leap forward in capability and look forward to teaming with iPipeline on the implementation,” states Poston.
