Officers can tick off jobs once completed on the app, fill out inspection forms or scan patrol tags automatically sending the data back to the control room as it happens.

Managing Alarm Responses – When an alarm response arrives, controllers can see at a glance all the site details, where keys are held and who can attend quickest. Keyholding and BS7984–All actions, timed locks or unlocks, randomized patrols and void property inspections, are tracked giving full visibility to the control room. Besides, all data concerning keys, where they are held, who had admitted to them and when, is supervised, providing an audit trail of seals and demonstrating compliance with the Keyholding standard BS7984-3:2020.
