Solomon Partners Hires Ko Kobayashi To Its Healthcare Team

Ko Kobayashi has joined Solomon Partners as a Managing Director in the Global Healthcare Group, a renowned financial advisory firm and independently operated affiliate of Natixis. Mr. Kobayashi formerly worked as an Executive Director in the Healthcare Group at Moelis & Company, where he executed Mergers & Acquisitions. Mr. Ko has over 16 years of experience advising public and private companies, primarily healthcare. He has experience in many strategic transactions, such as buy- and sell-side M&A, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, restructurings, equity, debt capital raises, and strategic board advisory assignments.
Mr. Kobayashi formerly worked at UBS Investment Bank as an Associate Director in the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance Group. He possesses an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
