Solution-Soft Releases its Latest Version for Oracle Solaris
SANTA CLARA, CA: Solution-Soft, provider of date and time testing software solutions, as well as data compression/file transfer and data storage management, updates its Time Machine to v10.8 for Oracle Solaris SPARC 2.10.
Time Machine provides software virtual clocks that enables one to time travel one’s applications into the future or the past, facilitating time shift testing on one’s date and time sensitive application logic, such as month end, quarter end, year-end processing, billing cycle, work flow, regulatory go live, and policy life cycle. It eliminates the need to reset the system clock, which is time consuming, error prone and not possible under Active Directory or in a Kerberos secured environment. It enables one to finish their large scale software projects on time and under budget.
The latest version-10.8 is capable of specifying a day’s offset to the relative virtual clock as well as establish the relative virtual clock based on an existing virtual clock with the continue option. The latter offers the unique capability of increasing or decreasing the speed of the virtual clock in increments.
Raymond Watson, Director of Business Development at Solution-Soft, says "We continue to evolve our Time Machine functionality for Oracle Solaris platforms. We are committed to the Oracle eco-system and our customers who depend on Time Machine and Oracle technologies for their enterprise."
