Splunk and VenueNext to Partner to Take In-Stadium Experience to the Next Level

FREMONT, CA: Splunk, a provider of software platform for real-time Operational Intelligence, is assisting VenueNext, a technology company, for helping Levi’s stadium operational team direct venue resources based on demand in order to optimize the fan experience.

Being the analytics support for such powerful integrated technology platforms, Splunk’s Enterprise software has been designed to perform real-time business analytics on the data coming from VenueNext’s unique platform. On the other hand, by connecting location services, ticketing, points of sale and concessionaire services, VenueNext’s platform will help venue operators in making real-time, data-driven decisions and inform audience in time about the changes.

Using the Levi’s Stadium mobile app, stadium operational staff can more precisely direct resources based on supply and demand. Such a technological integration is aimed at improving guest experiences and venue business outcomes. For instance, with Enterprise Software’s dashboards, Levi’s venue operators can guess the parking capacity of their stadium beforehand and direct visitors accordingly to help them find proper parking place and thus prevent their anger.
