FREMONT, CA: Star Gas Partners (NYSE: SGU) has selected ClickSoftware’s workforce management and service optimization solutions to optimize its mobile workforce management processes. The partnership will upgrade and automate Star Gas’ service workflows for its mobile field service technicians.
Star Gas is looking forward to enhance its customer communication by leveraging ClickSoftware’s mobility to put real time information in the hands of technicians in the field.
