StarGarden Corporation Unveils New Version of its HCM Solution to Support Entire HR Functionalities
FREMONT, CA: StarGarden Corporation, a provider of integrated human capital management (HCM) software solutions for midsize organizations, releases StarGarden HCM 5.0. The solution has been designed to deliver a complete, unified Human Capital Management (HCM) solution that will support the entire HR spectrum right from records management to compensation, recruiting & onboarding, training and absence management.
What’s New in StarGarden 5.0?
Intelligent Business Rules Engine: Based on StarGarden’s Federation technology that has automation capabilities, the business rules engine allows users to custom build any workflow and route approvals as per the need. By allowing access to data and systems based on roles defined in the organization, version 5.0 provides enhanced security.
Organization’s Hierarchy Management: Users can select their preferred theme and organizations can customize the system to the look and feel of their branding. The 5.0 version allows users to set personal preferences for modifying their dashboards with alerts and menu items they frequently use. Being embedded into an organization’s chart and responsive to various devices, the software makes it easier to rout approvals and manage allocations.
Offering Integrated Platform as a Service: Without the need of any middleware, StarGarden HCM 5.0 can connect a new database or application with existing on-site system or cloud- based applications of an organization
Shared Services: In an organization, the software allows HR’s to build shared services through routing forms to the right people including tracking of the entire process, defining alerts to send reminders and storing approvals for compliance
"Today, organizations have become used to buying applications that just do one thing. This makes getting analytics and streamlining business processes difficult as many of the systems in an organization don't talk to each other. We think organizations can get more out of their existing systems without losing insights by using StarGarden HCM 5.0 through its interoperability and automation capabilities. It is time to put people back at the centre of the organization," says Marnie Larson, CEO, StarGarden.
