StoreConnect and TwoCanConnect to Integrate Seamlessly
Business owners waste too much time typing in individual invoices. With TwoCanConnect's integration with StoreConnect, small to midsize businesses can automate this process for improved eCommerce performance.
FREMONT, CA: The retail industry faces ongoing technological advancements, which are evident both in-store and online. Online retail sales in the United States increased by 40 percent annually in 2021. What the COVID-19 pandemic initially fueled has now evolved into a global shift in consumer behavior. In 2022, total eCommerce sales in the United States will surpass $1 trillion for the first time. Automation and system integrations are crucial for small to medium-sized eCommerce businesses to succeed in this burgeoning retail market. Manual data entry and laborious tasks can quickly eat into retail giants' profits, allowing them to extend their lead. Invoicing management is an area in which many eCommerce businesses waste valuable time. This is where the newly introduced TwoCanConnect and StoreConnect Extension Package will make it simple for small to medium-sized eCommerce businesses to automate billing between StoreConnect and Xero.
"By building a direct StoreConnect integration, TwoCanConnect is enabling Salesforce users to combine the power of Salesforce, StoreConnect, and Xero, bringing together the world's #1 CRM with one of the fastest growing online accounting systems available and SMB eCommerce 3.0 ” all without having to write a single line of code or pay for a custom integrated solution. It helps level the playing field between the small business 'Davids' and the enterprise 'Goliaths'," says Mikel Lindsaar, CEO and founder of StoreConnect.
AppExchange currently offers TwoCanConnect for Xero, which is directly integrated with Salesforce. TwoCanConnect + StoreConnect reduce the time customers spend entering individual invoices into Xero. After a customer has purchased StoreConnect, the new package automatically generates an invoice in Xero, applies the payment captured by StoreConnect, and is immediately ready for reconciliation in Xero.
Jimmy Pomella, director of the SOL Business Solutions Website, shares the vision surrounding this integration, "We saw the opportunity to partner with one of the fastest-growing apps in the Salesforce ecosystem and extend the functionality for customers that use Xero as an accounting platform. Customers can now enjoy big business automation for any size business at a low cost."
This integration was made possible due to StoreConnect's innovative approach to integrating eCommerce sales. StoreConnect leverages the core features of Salesforce to enable Salesforce Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to build integrations into its system with relative ease. This has tremendous benefits for end customers, who no longer need to spend valuable time and money developing custom integrations with accounting systems.
"With TwoCanConnect's flexible Salesforce flow elements, you can use the out-of-the-box solution for StoreConnect, or you can tailor the invoice creation process to suit your business processes," says Pomella.
This is just one of the many StoreConnect integrations that help small and medium-sized eCommerce businesses automate Salesforce recurring payments, subscriptions, billing, and stock management, among other processes. Through these eCommerce integrations, online retailers are now equipped with the same tools as larger retailers while benefiting from reduced costs and resource strain.
