StratusLIVE Launched Its New Version of Address Verification Software for Nonprofits
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA: A cloud-based software service provider for enterprise nonprofit organizations, StratusLIVE, has upgraded its constituent relationship management (CRM) software to facilitate direct address verification within StratusLIVE. The software is built on an award-winning Microsoft Dynamics platform.
StratusLIVE uses address verification service called CASS-Certified™. And the similar software service is used by few other major corporations across multiple industries such as retail, finance, government, healthcare, real estate, etc.
The address verification allows StratusLIVE clients to automatically match and update donor records by converting and validating addresses to the United States Post Office (USPS) preferred formats. Precious time, that would otherwise be spent reconciling donor profiles manually, is saved.
“Address accuracy is critical to successful donor engagement,” said Brett Meyer, Director of Product Management, StratusLIVE. “In addition to cut down manual data entry, the address verification integration to StratusLIVE minimizes deliverability issues so that nonprofits can utilize more time focusing on their mission.”
Delivering postal communications more accurately improves organizational efficiency and comprehensively impacts invitations, direct mail, marketing appeals, and other direct response activities such as tax receipts, pledge reminders, and acknowledgements.
StratusLIVE Address verification services for nonprofits are offered as in two service options: a) one-time database run, or b) annual subscription service, both plans being dependent upon the number of records within the evaluated database.
The clients who are using StratusLIVE’s Analytical Marketing features, address verification will prevent data duplication for them and help nonprofits annul operational inefficiencies, bad customer service, and an incomplete customer’s insight.
Jim Funari, Co-founder and CEO, StratusLIVE, accredits the enhancement of address verification services as a commitment of continual improvement. “Our clients are always looking for ways to enhance data integrity to better serve their constituents and the new address services fill this need with speed and precision.”
