Streamlining Inventory Management and Invoicing with AccountMate 9.3
PETALUMA, CA: Aiming to streamline invoicing and inventory management, AccountMate Software Corporation has released an update for their flagship AccountMate product line. The latest build of AccountMate 9.3 is designed for SQL.
The newest update is expected to offer flexibility for clients engaged in managing inventory and invoicing. This will enable clients to generate one invoice for multiple shipments from different warehouses instead of generating one invoice for each of their warehouses; saving both time and employee resources.
A new option to recalculate inventory beginning balance has also been introduced in the Data Manager function. This configuration to recalculate the inventory item is valuable in the event of a discrepancy among the inventory bin, inventory warehouse quantity and the total cost resulting in inconsistencies in the Inventory Transaction Log quantity and cost. The new option in the system helps fix inventory data inconsistencies and ensures generation of proprietary and accurate reports.
The software has been put through several enhancements for optimized reporting in inventory transaction logs and reports have been included to help verification of amounts, on-hand quantity and costs.
