SuccessFactors Introduces New Series of RDS to Simplify HR Management
FREMONT, CA: Keeping pace with the today’s fast work environment, SuccessFactors, a SAP company and subsidiary of SAP SE, has introduced a progression of rapid-deployment solutions (RDS) to accelerate and simplify implementations of human capital management (HCM) cloud solutions.
The company has released the new series to make HR software more mobile, agile, flexible and productive. It also helps in meeting the challenges and provides the right digital technology for employee engagement, resulting in advanced employee growth and success. “HR organizations are rapidly moving to the cloud to benefit from standardization and simplification. And they want to move to be quick and nondisruptive. At SAP we’re focused on making it just that, while understanding that everyone is not moving everything to the cloud all at once,” says Mike Ettling, President, HR Line of Business, SAP.
With its inclusive portfolio of rapid-deployment, it delivers quick and predictable implementation, while addressing long-term HR blueprint. The main highlights of the new SAP Rapid Deployment solutions include, it helps customers advance their implementation of the U.S. payroll processes in the cloud, offers comprehensive performance and goal management, which includes goal visibility, performance management, 360-degree feedback and employee profile maintenance. In addition, it allows an organization to identify candidates for key roles and rapidly fill positions to ensure smart staffing decisions.
Moreover, the newly launched solutions also join the league of some established solutions, like SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting rapid-deployment solutions, the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation rapid deployment solution and the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central rapid-deployment solution.
“These additions to our RDS portfolio offer agility and real-time insights for more efficient HR processes. The flexibility they bring allows organizations to solve immediate needs while being able to plan for future HR decisions,” adds Ettling.
