Sysorex Signs Hearst Extending 3-Year Service Agreement
PALO ALTO, CA: Big Data analytics provider Sysorex extends for the third time their three-year service agreement with Hearst Corporation, a media and technology focused company. This renewal will help Hearst’s newspaper division consisting of 15 daily and 34 weekly newspapers in accessing the Shoom eTearsheet platform from Sysorex for ad tracking and competitive analysis data.
“Hearst’s three year renewal of our Shoom eTearsheets is further validation of Sysorex’s long term strategy to focus on delivering business analytics and cloud-based services to industries that depend on data-driven insights to maintain a competitive edge,” says Nadir Ali, CEO of Sysorex.
Shoom eTearsheet is an advertising proof of publication and competitive analysis service for newspaper publishers. It is SaaS big data platform providing ad archive to more than 250,000 advertisers and 11000 agencies.
This software tool will also assist newspaper and advertisers to browse around 95 million ads across 41 categories in a convenient way. Clients get competitive insights from which they can analyze ad rates, accessibility of ads and other relevant parameters.
“As one of the premiere newspaper publishers in the nation, Hearst places a great deal of emphasis on providing its advertisers with the best services and solutions possible,” said Michael Lynch, Executive Vice President of Sysorex’s Shoom unit. “We are very pleased that it once again selected Shoom solutions to fulfill its customer needs.”
